do i need to be home during service?
No. Our team performs all services safely and efficiently without you needing to be home — just ensure your driveway and walkways are clear of obstructions.
do you offer 24/7 snow removal?
Yes — We have agents who will take phone calls from 8:00AM – 9:00PM. We monitor weather conditions day and night and operate 24/7 during snow events to ensure continuous service.
will you also clear my walkways and front steps?
Yes! We include walkway and front-step shoveling with our snow removal packages. Our crews ensure safe, fully cleared paths from your driveway to your door or entrance — perfect for homeowners, tenants, and businesses.
what types of properties do you work with?
We service residential driveways, condo complexes, parking lots, retail plazas, and office buildings, customizing each plan to your property’s layout and needs.
can i leave my cars in the driveway?
Yes! Our trained professionals will work around any and all obstacles on your property. If you expect to have any cars in the driveway when we arrive, we recommend that you place them as close to the home as possible, ideally in a corner of the driveway near the garage. Our drivers will clear away around the vehicle and return for a second pass (usually around noon).
what if the city plow comes by after you've cleared my driveway?
We perform two passes every qualifying snowfall (5cm+). We aim to have our first cleanings done by 6AM, and our return cleanings typically happen around noon of the same day, where we take care of any snow banks left by the city plows. If you need to get out before we make our second cleaning, just call our office and we will dispatch a team member to take care of you ASAP.
do you do one-time cleanings?
Yes! We're here to help, even if you're not on a seasonal plan. For one-time cleanups, we charge a single-visit rate of $150 for driveway clearing with our tractor, plus $75 for walkways and steps. This ensures it's worth routing our equipment to your property for a single job.
